Job Summary
We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavioral Therapist (BCBA) to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, supervise group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities
Perform intakes and assessments
Create individualized treatment plans for each client
Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
Perform caregiver trainings
Supervise behavior technicians on case
Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
Master's degree in applied behaviors analysis, psychology, or similar field
Current and unrestricted clinical behavior analyst license
Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized
Excellent at meeting deadlines
