At KidStrong, we help parents build stronger, smarter, more athletic kids. KidStrong is a milestone accelerator for kids walking through 11 years old. We help parents discover their child’s superpowers and build future-ready kids who are confident making friends running the playground and raising their hands high in the classroom. In other words… kids who will win at life!

KidStrong Waco opening in August, and we're looking for a talented, enthusiastic Children's Coach who is passionate, energetic, and excited to engage with parents and kids and make an impact on their lives.

KidStrong Childrens Coach Perks and Benefits:

Having flexibility for a part-time or full-time schedule- classes run typically weekdays, 9 am -11 am and evenings until 7 pm, and weekends are typically from 8:30 am -1pm

Opportunity for additional hours leading camps and birthday parties!

Kidstrong Childrens Coach Responsibilities:

Coach class sizes of 6 to 15 children, age groups range from roughly 12 months old to 11 years old

Teach the KidStrong curriculum as provided by the HQ programming team

Must be able to ensure classes both start and end on time

Greet students as well as the parents individually prior to and at the beginning of class

Maintain a dynamic, fun, motivational, and professional demeanor when leading the class

Ensure cleanliness of the center

Effectively use the KS Coach’s App

Must be comfortable working "hands-on" with kids to ensure proper technique and ensure student safety.

Learn and manage Coach KidStrong Academy - camps held by centers when local schools are not operating (for example Winter Break, Summer Break)

Must obtain certified status by the HQ Training and Certification team

KidStrong Childrens Coach Qualifications:

Passion for working with children is non-negotiable!

Prior experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age is preferred

CPR certified, or willing to obtain certification

Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills

Self-starter who just gets a job done
