Children’s Community Support Worker (Independent Contractor)

Are you passionate about supporting children and families in underserved communities? MBI Health Services is looking for mission-driven, community-minded professionals to serve as Community Support Workers (CSWs) on a contract basis within our Children’s Division. This is an independent contractor role ideal for those who want flexibility while making a direct impact in the lives of youth experiencing behavioral health challenges. As a CSW, you’ll work primarily in the field—homes, schools, and communities—helping children and their caregivers build the skills needed for long-term stability, independence, and success.
