We are looking for an amazing ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT COORDINATOR to join our MONTEBELLO practice!   A minimum of 1 year as a pediatric/orthodontic dental office manager; must have a thorough knowledge of dental billing, insurance PPO/HMO plans along with Denti-cal. The high priority candidate will have a great attitude and be a multi-tasker with a strong work ethic. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE DENTAL AND ORTHODONTIC EXPERIENCE.  ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT COORDINATOR JOB DUTIES:

• Treatment planning.
• IV Cases.
• Familiar with financing such as Care Credit/Lending club.
• Familiar with electronic billing and billing knowledge.
• Able to meet monthly production/collection goals.
• Knowledge of Dentrix a plus!

 DESIRED PROFILE/BACKGROUND:

• MUST LOVE WORKING WITH CHILDREN.
• Previous dental front office experience highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Upbeat personality is a MUST.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Clean, neat professional appearance.
• Bi-Lingual desired.
• Orthodontic experience needed!
• MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ON SUNDAYS.
