Children's Dental FunZone is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental HR Manager to lead the human resources initiatives for our vibrant pediatric dental practice. This role involves managing HR functions specific to the dental industry, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations:
* Foster a positive workplace environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting open communication.
* Develop and implement engagement initiatives to enhance the work experience of our dental team.
* Manage disciplinary actions and conflict resolution as needed.
- Benefits Administration:
* Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including pediatric dental coverage, health insurance, and retirement plans.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to employee benefits in the pediatric dental context.
- Training and Development:
* Identify training needs within the pediatric dental team and coordinate professional development programs.
* Facilitate training sessions on HR policies, compliance, and pediatric dentistry best practices.
- Compliance:
* Stay abreast of federal, state, and local regulations related to employment practices in the pediatric dental field.
* Ensure Children's Dental FunZone's compliance with all relevant pediatric dental industry labor laws.
- Policy Development:
* Develop and update HR policies and procedures, tailoring them to the unique requirements of pediatric dentistry.
* Communicate policy changes to staff, ensuring understanding and adherence within the pediatric dental practice.
- Performance Management:
* Implement performance management processes specific to pediatric dentistry, including goal-setting and recognition programs.
* Guide management on employee performance within the pediatric dental context.
- Data Management:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the pediatric dental practice.
* Utilize HR software systems for data management and reporting specific to pediatric dentistry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting. (minimum 3 years)
- Knowledge of pediatric dental industry-specific HR practices.
- Excellent understanding of labor laws and regulations relevant to pediatric dentistry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
