JOB DUTIES

• Greet patients and take temperatures upon arrival
• Organize and do crafts with children while waiting for their appointment
• Work directly with the rest of the administrative support team to ensure provider schedules are productive and manage the general flow of patients in the clinic
• Maintain a friendly and upbeat personality when checking-in patients and answering phones
• Provide new patients with a tour of our practice and provide information of services
