The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric dentistry, a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, and expertise in Diagnostic and Treatment procedures. D.D.S Certification:

• DDS/DMD from an accredited University and active California Dental Board license.
• Preferred to have a Pediatric Dental Certificate/Specialty from an accredited Pediatric. Residency program.
• State dental license and DEA registration.

• A strong sense of ethics and the ability to act with integrity.
• Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and parents.
• A hunger to achieve financial success and independence.

Orthodontist Certification:

• Bachelors in biology, chemistry, or a related field.
• Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) or a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.
• Further studies in orthodontics, accredited by the American Dental Association (ADA).
• Member of the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO).

Orthodontist Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of various molds and orthodontic appliances.
• Superb dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Outstanding patient management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
