Qualifications: • Willingness to travel between two locations on a weekly basis and access to a vehicle are prerequisites. • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing day-to-day operations within a healthcare or dental environment with multiple locations. • Demonstrated strong leadership abilities, including a proven history of motivating and nurturing high-performing teams. • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills are a must. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on patient-centered care. • Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices is essential. • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is required, and a Master’s degree is considered advantageous.
