We are looking for an energetic and caring Receptionist to welcome our patients and efficiently assist with the check-in process at our fast-paced dental office. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong computer, time-management and people skills.

RECEPTIONIST QUALIFICATIONS:

· Personable

· Dependable

· Detail-oriented

· Self-motivated

· Possesses excellent computer skills

· Excellent communicator

· English/ Spanish speaking is desirable but not required

THE RECEPTIONIST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:

· Welcoming patients

· Assisting with check-in

· Answering and directing multiple phone lines

· Scheduling patient visits

· Data entry and maintenance
