Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care: Assist orthodontists in providing top-notch patient care. Ensure a comfortable and positive experience for patients during their orthodontic treatments.

2. Clinical Support: Prepare and set up treatment rooms for procedures. Sterilize and maintain orthodontic instruments and equipment. Aid in the application and removal of braces, adjustments, and other orthodontic procedures.

3. Patient Education: Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, care for orthodontic appliances, and provide guidance on lifestyle adjustments during orthodontic treatment.

4. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with orthodontists and support staff to ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations. Communicate effectively with team members to provide comprehensive patient care.

5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.

Qualifications:

1. Orthodontic Passion: Genuine love for orthodontics and a desire to make a positive impact on patients' lives.

2. Dental Assistant Certification: Completion of an accredited dental assistant program. Orthodontic experience is a plus but not mandatory.

3. Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and precision in performing clinical tasks.

5. Empathy and Compassion: Ability to empathize with patients and create a supportive and caring environment.
