Children's Home Administrator

We’re hiring a Children's Home Administrator in Lansing, Michigan who wants to lead a growing residential behavioral health program while making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and adolescents.
You’ll step into a leadership role focused on operations, compliance, staff development, resident safety, and program growth. As the designated Administrator of Record for a licensed residential treatment program, you’ll work closely with executive leadership while maintaining significant autonomy over day-to-day operations.

What makes you a great fit
• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services, or a related field
• You meet Michigan Children's Home Administrator qualifications
• You have at least 5 years of leadership experience
• You have experience in residential treatment, child welfare, behavioral health, or a similar environment
• You’re comfortable leading teams, managing compliance, and driving accountability
• You value mission-focused leadership and high-quality care
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $95,000–$100,000
• Consideration up to $115,000 for exceptional candidates
