We’re looking for reliable, enthusiastic Team Members who enjoy working with children and being part of an energetic, collaborative environment. This is not a seasonal position. While schedules are flexible, consistency is required. Weekend availability is required.

What You’ll Do

Supervise and engage children during open play sessions

Support weekend birthday parties with additional shared service charge among party staff

Assist with or help lead enrichment programs

Help maintain a clean, safe, and fun environment

Support team members and follow daily operational procedures

Who You Are

Experienced working with children (education, childcare, camps, play spaces, or similar)

Friendly, dependable, and proactive

A team player who values communication and community

Comfortable using computers and booking platforms

Required Qualifications

Live within 10 miles of our Lindenhurst location

Have your own car or reliable transportation

Comfortable using computers and basic tech systems

Available for weekend shifts

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move throughout the play space for extended periods • Ability to bend, kneel, and actively participate in children's activities • Ability to lift or carry equipment and supplies up to 25 lbs • Ability to supervise children in an active indoor play environment
