Responsibilities: • Develop specific therapy plans with goals and objectives for individual patients • Assess patients’ mental condition based on review of medical information, interviews, observation, tests, and collaboration with other staff members • Monitor each patient situation on a frequent basis and offer the appropriate follow-up care • Recommend community services or specialists for patients and family members in need Qualifications: • State licensure that is current, unrestricted, and in good standing for a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) or equivalent • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical ability as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are needed • 1-3 years in a clinical setting working with mental health patients is required Compensation: $72,000 yearly
