POSITION: CONTRACT MANAGER

DEPARTMENT: HUMAN SERVICES

FLSA STATUS: NON-EXEMPT

PAY GRADE: 68

SALARY RANGE: $53,144.01 - $81,639.30

General Description of Duties

The Contract Manager is responsible for administering and monitoring contracts for programs funded by the Children’s Trust of Alachua County.

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and management of the bid solicitation process

• Review applications for funding

• Evaluate applications

• Negotiate and award contracts

• Manage the process of executing contracts

• Monitor contracts

• Participate in meetings and professional development activities

• Manage contract amendments and revisions

• Manage contract compliance

• Develop and maintain compliance correspondence with awardees

• Maintain program files

Minimum Education and Training

• Bachelor’s degree

• Two years of experience in program management, grant management, or contract compliance

• Florida Certified Contract Manager (preferred)
