Job Description

PAY RATE: $16.85

SHIFT: 6 AM- 2 PM + OT HOURS MAY VARY

• Oversee and participate in chiller rehang operations, including training new hires, monitoring product quality, and adjusting line speeds as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and USDA regulations through regular quality checks and proper record-keeping.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, focusing on floor cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production flow and resolve issues.
• Monitor and record production metrics, including rehang rates, product quality, and equipment performance.
• Manage team schedules, rotations, and breaks while filling in for employees during unscheduled absences.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team development to enhance overall performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

Ability to understand and communicate in English

• Previous production experience preferred
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and work at various positions
• Good hand-eye coordination and quick decision-making skills
