MARKETING COORDINATOR

SUMMARY:

Responsible for creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities. Concepts and creates marketing materials, manages projects, and ensures company messages are consistent. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter and can work independently.

EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Communications (Required)
• 2 to 4 years in Marketing, advertising and/or communications position. (Preferred)
• The ideal candidate must have knowledge in the following software, preferred but not required:
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Wix - website development
  • Social Media
  • Restaurant-oriented technology

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Shoot, edit, & publish original photo & video content of all of our locations for use on social media, emails, and digital marketing.

• Update and maintain the following:

• Online ordering platform, menu and database

• Online reservation & table management system

• Website e-commerce store, fulfill orders for merchandise and gift cards

• Renewed registered website domains and company trademarks

• Promote products, promotions, events and/or daily & weekly specials

• Creation and production of graphic design work

• Create branded apparel, glassware, uniforms, packaging, labels, and giveaway materials.

• Coordinate and manage all of the of different menu designs

• Planning, implementation and follow-up for all special events – (ex. Street fairs, carnivals, beer gardens)

• Exercise discretion and use independent judgment on important matters, including those duties and responsibilities listed above

• Track, organize and monitor all incoming sponsorships & donations requests

• Monitor Restaurant and food related trends in order to provide updated marketing/advertising ideas

• Perform other duties as assigned
