CHIMPOULIS & HUNTER, AV rated law firm located in Plantation, Florida, is seeking an experienced insurance defense Paralegal to join its team. A minimum of five years of experience in medical malpractice litigation and trial preparation is required.

Essential Duties of this position include assisting attorney in case management throughout all phases of a case (presuit, litigation, pre-trial investigation, discovery/deadlines and trial support). Must have the ability to multi-task, work independently with minimal supervision in a team environment. Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel; ECF Filing - Federal / State Court and Pacer. Candidate must be organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
