Responsibilities: • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Follow-up with leads to increase sales and learn how to overcome objections Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Show good organizational and time management skills • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth • Be Coachable, Enthusiastic & Committed Compensation: $65,000+ commission
