    We are the #1 team in MA and #249 in the country according to the Wall Street Journal and Real Trends! We are looking to grow our team both in our current markets AND in new markets in both MA and NH. The biggest hurdle for many agents is not signing the contracts, but rather managing the client, organizing the photography, conducting the marketing and of course the expenses of it all. We handle this for you!  We offer a structured training program and a full administrative support team including a client care manager, photographer, staging consultant and marketing expert. We generate the leads, do the staging, take the photos, create the ads and help you save time managing a transaction so that you can find the next deal! You will have access to the Tom Ferry coaching program and an on-site sales coach who is dedicated to your success. But more than that you will have FUN while you work. We are looking for licensed sales professionals to meet with sellers and buyers. This is an ideal job for a skilled sales person OR a new licensee who wants to hone their sales skills and earn the right to move up on a successful team. Responsibilities: Contact all listing leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Respond to all customer requests quickly and efficiently to ensure exceptional service Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Work with clients to help stage, price and market homes Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Quick learner who is technologically savvy and able to learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing technologies Self-motivated and self sufficient Team player invested in the success of others Fast thinker and proactive • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000+ yearly
