Job Description

Chimneys Plus LLC, a custom fireplace, gutter, and chimney product and service provider, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Solutions Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that our customers receive the best solutions and services possible in a timely manner, and to follow up with any customer needs that require special attention.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers to ensure that their needs are being met, and coordinate with internal employees, vendors, customers, etc. as necessary.
• Provide accurate pricing information by pulling together pricing from multiple sources.
• Research parts needed with supplied information (like make, model, serial number)
• Respond to inbound customer communications via phone, email, etc.
• Communicate with customers to coordinate any next steps, such as installation or maintenance services.
• Ensure that all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
• Continuously monitor customer satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Take responsibility for critical care customers
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
• Experience with pricing and invoicing is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year + Benefits:
