Chip Cookies Business Consultant will advise, train, monitor and review Chip's operational policies and procedures at locations across the country. Using in-depth multi unit QSR experience and expertise the Business Consultant will work directly with Chips' franchise partners. Focusing on increasing sales and monitoring compliance, this position requires a high level of multi-tasking and problem solving. Must have 5+ years experience in multi-unit franchising. Must have a bachelor's degree (or equivalent). Must be willing to travel. Must be a solid and adept communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Report directly to senior leadership.
