You will also receive real estate training that is among the best in the world to take your income to new heights The positions are based in Kansas City metro area in both Kansas and Missouri.  Responsibilities: • Meet with qualified prospective clients to earn their business • Present and discuss strategic master marketing plan and how a client's home compares to other relevant sales • Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyers • Educate your clients on key specifics of their home selling/buying experience
 • Be the authority on all things related to real estate, and the selling/buying process • Be self managed and self disciplined • Be committed to an exceptional client experience Qualifications: • Hold, or actively working to acquire, a real estate license • Passionate about selling and delivering exceptional client experiences • Smart phone with data plan and a laptop or tablet for client presentations • Exceptional communication skills • Love of learning • Team player that always goes above and beyond for clients • Heartland MLS, KCRAR, State Board and NAR membership • Reliable vehicle, valid State Drivers License and Auto Insurance • Previous experience in sales is a plus! Compensation: $85,000 at plan Commission
