JOB DESCRIPTION We're looking for Campus Reps to be Chipper's main connections on campus and to spread the word about Chipper to other students. Campus Reps will be responsible for: - Creating awareness for Chipper on your campus - Building excitement for, and downloads of, the free Chipper app on your campus - Referring students to download the Chipper app using social media / digital marketing / on-campus marketing ABOUT CHIPPER Chipper is a free homework organizer and digital planner app designed for college students who need help organizing their life. Chipper helps college students plan for assignments and manage time effectively so they are more organized, less stressed, and ultimately, better students. WHAT WE OFFER YOU Our Campus Reps get real world boots-on-the-ground experience with a scrappy education technology startup. It's your job to get students excited about using Chipper to get organized. We'll provide you with digital and printed assets you can use to spread the word. You'll use your communication savvy and marketing skills to identify the best opportunities to share Chipper with classmates on your campus, through your social networks, and beyond. It's a great opportunity for motivated, entrepreneurial-minded students to figure out how to solve a real-world marketing objective and see results. Plus, you'll be rewarded $1 for every new download resulting from your efforts! QUALIFICATIONS - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Interest in marketing & sales, or a marketing/business major with an emphasis on sales & digital marketing - Current undergrad college student living on or near campus - Active role on campus - Interest in business / start-up / tech world and the desire to gain real-life experience growing and marketing a brand - Self-motivated and hard-working, willing to commit to working with us for at least 1 full semester COMPENSATION We provide each Chipper Campus Rep with a unique tracking link that will allow us to track your progress. For every new download you drive from that link, we'll reward you $1. You'll be an independent contractor with Chipper. Each month, we'll reward you with Amazon gift cards based on the number of tracked downloads you drove in the prior calendar month (e.g. if you drive 150 downloads, that's a $150 gift card!) We estimate you'll spend about 4 hours/week promoting Chipper. Plus, if you successfully meet the download goals we set for you, we will make a $100 donation to the charity of your choice at the end of the semester.
