Chipton-Ross is seeking a Help Desk Support for an opening in Greenville, TX.

EDUCATION:

 Bachelors Degree in Information Technology (IT). A related technical degree may be considered

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Evaluate and prioritize incoming ticket requests for assistance, update tickets with accurate and timely status  Install, modify, and repair computer hardware/software, which includes the set- up of new equipment  Create/update documentation of Standard Operation Procedures for the IT Department and in support of end users  Work with other team members and status management to meet departmental performance goals  Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

 Advanced Windows 10 knowledge and experience to include administration and troubleshooting  Experience installing and configuring PCs and printers
