Job Description

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst 3 located in San Antonio, TX 78226.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate will develop solutions to a wide variety of complex manufacturing problems using established precedents and policies under general direction and supervision. A Lean methodology mindset is required to resolve shop floor constraints, research manufacturing plans and coordinate with manufacturing managers to ensure successful project completions.

Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. Analyzes and interprets data. Provides feedback on assessment results. Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes. Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans. Works under general direction.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

3+ years in a manufacturing or operations environment.

Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 3+ years of experience developing and executing strategies to meet organization objectives.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of experience do you have gathering data and developing presentations using that data in PowerPoint.

EDUCATION:

Accredited Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

WORK HOURS:

Full-Time/First Shift

6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime. Some positions may also be rotating shifts

Must be willing to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift and overtime hours to meet productions need.

THIS POSITION REQUIRES AN US SECURITY CLEARANCE (ABILITY TO OBTAIN) FOR WHICH THE US GOVERNMENT REQUIRES US CITIZENSHIP
