    Job Description

    Chipton-Ross is a leading supplier of contract and permanent labor services to the world’s largest Aerospace, Manufacturing and Information technology companies in the world. Working in partnership with fellow recruiters, the successful candidate will develop strategic recruiting efforts by using state of the art technology and other methodologies to develop innovative ways to source, recruit and qualify the world’s top talent.

    A highly motivated, high energy individual. A person who has a sense of urgency while maintaining quality. A great communicator who develops relationships on a daily basis. Someone who likes to work in partnerships as well as being self-starter who takes ownership and pride in their work. Prior experience is not required as we offer a comprehensive training program.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    · Identify, source, qualify, and present top level talent/candidates to our partners and clients.

    · Utilize our database, resume banks, search engines, job fairs, social media, and other innovative ideas to identify quality candidates.

    · Heavy telephone usage.

    · Prescreen, interview, and extend offers to candidates.

    · Ensure the applicant tracking system database is current and accurate.

    · Be educated on all employment compliance regulations.

    · Maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates and clients, networking with individuals across the industry.

    · Meet monthly goals and performance metrics set by Chipton-Ross recruitment standards.

    · Develop and articulate technical acumen within specific disciplines.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

    · Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills.

    · Ability to go beyond the minimum requirements.

    · Goal-oriented.

    · Competitive team player.

    · High sense of urgency and ability to address tasks immediately.

    · Comfortable on the telephone with high call volume.

    · Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.

    · Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision.

    · Exceptional organization skills.

    · Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

    · Available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

    · Willingness to do extensive research, be creative and develop new skills.

    · Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through skills.

    · Prior recruiting, inside/outside sales, retail sales, call center, car rental, or customer service experience is helpful, but not necessary.
