    Job Description

    Chipton-Ross is seeking an HR Support for an opening in Remote, US RESPONSIBILITIES: The main responsibilities of this position will be HR System administrative support to include data management, reporting, and corrections. This position will be responsible for trouble shooting issues with data and answering questions from HR and employees regarding data. Implements and maintains specially designed human resources information systems and related policies and procedures designed to obtain, record, and process employee information. Provides retrieval ability to produce employee information for analysis and decision making, statistical data, and other employee-related reports as required. Maintains, develops, and revises all relevant manuals, tables, code lists, and documentation. May support several functional applications. This position may also have the opportunity to conduct analysis on HR data to support more impactful talent decisions. Proficient in Microsoft Office products and knowledge of PeopleSoft preferred but not required. EDUCATION: BS+3-5 YRS or MS+0-3 YRS SHIFT: 4/10-1st Shift

     

    Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
