Job Summary

Our Chiropractic Assistants are the heart and energy of the office. You’ll help run daily operations, assist with patient care, guide patients through their chiropractic journey, and help them achieve their health goals.

You’ll be both the warm welcome at the front and the supportive teammate in the back — making every patient feel seen, heard, and cared for.

Responsibilities

Answer phones with friendliness and confidence

Greet patients with energy and love as they enter the clinic

Schedule patient appointments

Explain fees and process payments

Manage patient files & data entry

Support product sales and education

Assist Chiropractors with patient care and treatment flow

Requirements

Strong customer service experience

Passion for helping others feel and function better

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

High-level verbal and written communication skills

Positive attitude and willingness to grow
