About Us

Hi, we’re Dr. Robert and Dr. Alivia Schaefer. We are a husband-and-wife chiropractic team and the proud owners of 100% Chiropractic St. Petersburg. From day one, we’ve built this practice with the vision of creating something bigger than ourselves: a place where patients feel cared for, empowered, and transformed, and where our staff feels like family.

We’ve journeyed from the ground up, opening our doors in 2024 and growing quickly because of our shared passion and commitment. Like any entrepreneurial journey, there have been challenges, but each one has shaped us into stronger leaders and doctors. Our mission has always been to bring life-changing chiropractic care to our community through Chiropractic BioPhysics® and HillDT spinal decompression - two of the most powerful, research-based approaches in chiropractic today.

Responsibilities

Your tasks will include:

Greeting new patients, giving office tours, reviewing health histories, building connections, and educating them on chiropractic.

Preparing and organizing intake forms prior to visits.

Checking and returning voicemails.

Calling new patient leads (patients requesting visits with us).

Entering doctor recommendations into spreadsheets for financial presentations.

Performing insurance verifications.

Greeting patients and managing check-in/check-out with professionalism and warmth.

Scheduling patient appointments and confirming upcoming visits.

Calling missed appointments and rescheduling when necessary.

Assisting with therapies such as decompression (training provided).

Managing daily cash deposits.

Requirements
