    HealthSource Chiropractic of Eden Prairie is looking for a high-energy, patient-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our team!

    What You’ll Do

    Patient Care & Rehab

    Instruct patients on corrective and rehabilitation exercises

    Apply therapies including spinal decompression, laser therapy, electrical muscle stimulation, and more

    Run patients through our HealthSource Movement Screen during their initial and progress exams

    Screen/mold patients for custom orthotics

    Manage patient flow between Doctor, Rehab, and Front Desk to ensure a smooth, positive experience

    Administrative & Financial

    Answer phones, greet and schedule patients

    Insurance verifications and scanning EOBs

    Create and deliver financial worksheets/reviews with patients

    Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information

    Collect patient charges, manage credit, and process third-party claims

    Marketing & Outreach

    Assist with marketing campaigns, creative content, and social media

    Participate in community outreach events to promote wellness

    Support promotional communications and patient education

    Team Support

    Help keep the clinic clean, organized, and welcoming

    Collaborate with staff to ensure efficiency, fun, and effectiveness in patient care

    What You Need

    High school juniors and seniors are encouraged to apply

    Two-year degree or higher a plus, but not required

    Demonstrated customer service experience

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows

    Strong communication and organizational skills
