    Job Summary

    We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will assist with clinical work such as diagnostic assessments assist the Chiropractor with patient care and ensure the office runs smoothly. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and greeting patients as they arrive. If you are organized, friendly, and dedicated to providing a high level of customer care, we would like to meet you. This job offers 30 hours/week. Office open- Monday 8:30am-6:30pm, Tuesday and Thursday 11am-7pm, Friday 8:30am-noon, Wednesday closed. This is a busy position with a lot of patient interaction and walking the patients to the different rooms throughout the office for their treatments. You will get your steps in! Cleanliness for our patients is important so you must be able to wipe down equipment regularly and pick up debris off the floor when noticed throughout the day. The position is available currently but we will wait for the right fit!

    Responsibilities

    Maintain the cleanliness of the waiting room and treatment rooms

    Explain to patients our procedures of intakes and therapies

    Assist the doctor with new patient intakes and re-evaluations

    Assist the doctor with ordering and looking up x-ray and MRI imaging

    Assist mothers with their strollers or watching their children during an adjustment

    Answer inquiries via phone calls and email

    Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments

    Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

    Interview patients to obtain personal and medical information

    Verify payment methods and process payments

    Maintain appropriate levels of supplies and inventory

    Administer screening assessments as requested

    Qualifications

    High school diploma/GED required

    Previous administrative experience, preferably in a health care setting

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

    Must be able to be present during our office operating hours.
