Responsibilities: • Welcome and assist patients, creating a warm, positive, and supportive experience in the office • Support new patient visits by helping gather information and assisting with in-office assessments, as trained • Educate patients about chiropractic care and recommended care plans, helping them feel confident moving forward with treatment • Assist with patient progress visits and check-ins, supporting patients throughout their care journey • Communicate clearly with patients regarding scheduling, financial options, and general office procedures • Use provided training, systems, and scripts to guide patient conversations and contribute to a productive, patient-focused environment while meeting individual performance expectations and goals Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
