    Chiropractic Office Manager

    We are seeking a driven, detail-obsessed, patient-centered Chiropractic Office Manager to lead daily admin operations in a fast-paced, growing chiropractic clinic. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who can own the administrative side of the practice, elevate the patient experience, and ensure everything is done right the first time.

    What You’ll Do

    Serve as the right hand to the clinic owner, helping execute the vision of the practice and ensuring daily admin operations run efficiently and at a high standard. Work directly with the lead Chiropractor to take the practice to the next level and support the clinical team

    Deliver an exceptional patient experience from first call through ongoing care

    Confidently handle financials, care plan presentations, and closing

    Oversee billing processes, including PI, PIP, and patient statements

    Ensure accurate insurance verification and benefits explanations (strong plus)

    Manage, train, and develop team members to ensure they are fully trained, accountable, and continuously improving

    Create, follow, and enforce systems, workflows, and procedures

    Move quickly in a busy environment while maintaining precision and attention to detail

    Monitor schedules, collections, and office flow to maximize efficiency

    Act as the primary problem solver and administrative leader for the clinic

    Annual conference travel once a year in a location across the US

    Marketing & Growth Support

    Support and help execute internal and external marketing initiatives to drive patient growth and retention

    Oversee internal marketing systems, including referrals, reactivations, and patient communication

    Ensure the team consistently follows marketing workflows and scripts

    Track basic marketing metrics such as new patients, referrals, and conversion rates

    Coordinate marketing efforts with ownership and/or external vendors

    Ensure brand consistency and professionalism across all patient-facing materials

    Experience & Skills

    Previous experience in a chiropractic or medical office management role

    Strong background in patient care coordination and sales/closing

    Working knowledge of PI, PIP, insurance billing, and patient statements

    Experience with insurance verification (strong plus)

    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

    Proficiency with EMR systems and office software
