Chiropractic Rehabilitation Team Member
We are looking for an energetic, personable, and dependable Chiropractic Rehabilitation Team Member to join our growing chiropractic practice. This is a highly patient-facing position in a busy, fast-paced environment, so we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, communicates well, brings positive energy to the workplace, and thrives as part of a team.
Our ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, organized, coachable, and comfortable interacting with patients throughout the day. You will work closely with our chiropractors and other team members to help patients complete their prescribed rehabilitation exercises and therapies while helping maintain an efficient and positive patient flow throughout the clinic.
Experience in chiropractic or healthcare is helpful, but personality, work ethic, communication skills, and the ability to learn are extremely important to us.

Job Summary
As a Chiropractic Rehabilitation Team Member, you will work directly with patients throughout their visits, helping guide them through rehabilitation exercises and therapies prescribed by our chiropractors.
This is not a behind-the-scenes position. You will spend the majority of your day interacting face-to-face with patients and working alongside other members of our clinical team. The right person will be comfortable communicating with many different personalities, giving clear instructions, encouraging patients, and keeping a positive attitude even during our busiest times.
You will also help maintain accurate rehabilitation records, prepare and organize treatment areas, assist the chiropractors when needed, and help ensure patients move smoothly through the different areas of the clinic.
We are looking for someone who sees themselves as part of the entire team and is willing to jump in and help wherever needed to provide an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities
Welcome and interact with patients in a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic manner
Guide patients through rehabilitation exercises and therapies as prescribed by the chiropractor
Clearly explain exercises and instructions while ensuring patients understand proper technique
Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation program
Assist chiropractors with patient care, treatments, screenings, and evaluations as directed
Help manage patient flow in a busy, fast-paced clinical environment
Document rehabilitation activities and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records
Prepare, clean, and organize rehabilitation and treatment areas between patients
Provide appropriate patient education regarding prescribed exercises and therapies
Perform data entry and other clinical documentation as needed
Maintain appropriate levels of rehabilitation supplies and inventory
Communicate effectively with chiropractors, front desk staff, and other members of the clinical team
Assist the front desk and other departments when needed
Participate in ongoing staff training and team meetings
Occasionally assist with community outreach, marketing events, or clinic events
Maintain a professional, positive attitude and contribute to a supportive team environment
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outgoing, friendly personality and strong interpersonal skills
Comfortable working face-to-face with patients throughout the day
Ability to communicate instructions clearly and confidently
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well with different personalities
Dependable, punctual, and willing to take initiative
Organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Coachable and willing to learn new exercises, therapies, systems, and procedures
Ability to remain positive and professional during busy or stressful periods
Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods throughout the workday
Ability to safely lift at least 30 pounds
Exercise, fitness, rehabilitation, chiropractic, or healthcare experience is encouraged but not required
