    Job Summary

    We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Chiropractic Rehabilitation Specialist to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a Chiropractic Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support. Your strong attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that patient records are accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, your excellent communication skills will help create a positive and welcoming environment for patients. Responsibilities include assisting patients with learning and completing their rehabilitation exercises as recommended by the chiropractor, maintaining rehabilitation records so patients receive the best level of patient care, and helping with the flow of patients in the clinic. Occasionally, you may assist with clinical work such as evaluations and attend marketing events. If you are organized, friendly, and dedicated to providing a high level of customer care, we would like to meet you.

    Responsibilities

    Greet patients as they arrive at the clinic, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

    Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

    Interview patients to obtain personal and medical information

    Maintain appropriate levels of supplies and inventory

    Administer screening assessments as requested

    Assist chiropractor with patient care and treatment

    Provide patient education on chiropractic treatments and exercises

    Prepare treatment areas for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and organization

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

    Assist with clerical duties of front desk when needed.

    Qualifications

    High school diploma/GED required

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

    Strong attention to detail.

    Must possess a great personality, the ability to multitask, and have problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

    Be able to stand long periods of time and lift at least 30lbs.

    A strong exercise background is encouraged.
