We are a busy chiropractic office in the Santa Clarita Valley seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our staff long-term. This position involves learning all areas of the office — from patient therapies and assisting the doctor to front desk and administrative support. Ideal candidates are reliable, eager to learn, and ready to grow with our team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

About the Role: This is a cross-trained position where you’ll learn every part of how our office runs — from back office therapies to assisting the doctors, front desk check-in and checkout, scanning, and light administrative work. This role involves extensive training, so we are seeking someone who is looking for a long-term position and wants to grow with our team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Back Office & Patient Care

Assist patients with therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, heat/ice therapy, and traction as directed by the doctor.

Help the doctors during patient visits by documenting care and managing EMR records accurately (attention to detail is critical).

Prepare patients for adjustments and maintain a clean, organized treatment area.

Take and record patient vitals (blood pressure, pulse, temperature).

    Office & Facility Support

Keep rooms and common areas tidy; assist with daily upkeep such as taking out trash and mopping bathrooms.

Learn and assist at the front desk — check-in, checkout, scheduling, and scanning.

Support the team with light administrative tasks and any other duties as assigned.

    Schedule:

Required: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (all day). Hours: Monday and Wednesdays: 8:45a-12:30p, 2:45pm-6pm. Fridays: 8:15a-12p, 2:45p-5:30p

Training: Flexible hours on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays during the training period. Generally, training is done 9a-1p on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays.

    Who We’re Looking For:

Dependable and punctual — excellent attendance is required.

Willing to learn and take direction while being proactive and engaged.

Comfortable working in a busy, structured environment where multitasking is essential.

Team-oriented and positive — ready to jump in and help wherever needed.

Able to stay on your feet and handle a physically active workday.

Looking for long-term employment and motivated to grow with the practice.

    Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Prior experience in a healthcare or chiropractic setting is helpful but not required.

Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.

Must be professional, reliable, and eager to learn all aspects of the office.

    What We Offer:

Hands-on training in both clinical and front-office operations.

Growth opportunities for dependable, high-performing team members.

    Supportive, team-focused work environment.

If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and looking for a long-term role where you can learn every part of a busy chiropractic office, we’d love to meet you.
