HealthSource Chiropractic of Creekside is looking for a driven, experienced Clinic Director to step into a leadership role at our state-of-the-art clinic. Backed by the largest chiropractic system in the nation, we deliver high-quality chiropractic care, progressive rehab, and personalized wellness services tailored to every patient's unique needs. Schedule

Monday through Thursday: 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Friday: 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM

Occasional weekends as needed

What You Will Do

Lead the clinic's day-to-day operations and guide the team toward measurable growth and patient satisfaction goals

Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, conducting thorough examinations, and developing individualized treatment plans

Evaluate neuromusculoskeletal systems and spinal conditions using chiropractic diagnostic methods

Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other articulations to correct musculoskeletal conditions

Educate patients on the long-term quality-of-life benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend appropriate courses of treatment

Take and analyze diagnostic X-rays when medically necessary to identify the source of patient concerns and rule out fractures or underlying disease

Build and maintain strong, trust-based doctor-patient relationships

Maintain accurate, timely case histories and patient records

Coordinate, track, and report key performance metrics related to patient management and clinic growth

Present and sell wellness membership packages to support patient retention and clinic revenue

Participate in community outreach and local marketing initiatives to grow the clinic's presence

Lead or participate in weekly staff training sessions to ensure the team stays sharp and aligned

Work independently with strong attention to detail and effective process management

Qualifications

Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college

Valid Texas DC license (active and in good standing)

Fully eligible for malpractice insurance in the state of Texas

Minimum of 5 years of clinical chiropractic experience (preference for 5 to 10 years)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Exceptional manual and diagnostic skills

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $75,000 to $100,000 (based on experience)
