The Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA area continues to be a strong, steady market for patient demand, and we’re intentional about who we bring into each clinic. This is a role for a chiropractor who wants to focus on patient care, utilize and grow their clinical confidence, and be part of a team that’s built to support.

What your days look like:
You’ll step into a clinic designed for flow, where your focus stays on patient care. You’ll evaluate patients, review X-rays, deliver adjustments, and guide care plans that evolve with progress

You won’t be managing everything alone. Chiropractic Assistants support patient flow, exercises, and scheduling, while on-site imaging allows you to assess, diagnose, and treat in real time. Between visits, you’ll collaborate with your team, track outcomes, and stay connected to each patient’s progress.

• Base salary (80-120k, commensurate with role & expetience) + bonus compensation (see below). Pay is biweekly.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic Degree
• Oregon licensure or pending
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy including experience using Microsoft applications such as Teams, Excel, Sharepoint, etc.
• Comfortability in social settings, and ease with interactions with other people
• Coachable, adaptable, and willing to learn and grow
• Ability to manage periods of high patient volume
