Job Duties
Manage with integrity, honesty and promote the company’s culture, vision, and mission
Continuously improve operations and build company SOP’s
Build schedules according to local laws make sure the restaurant is staffed and set up for success to have the right people, at the place, at the right time, doing the right work
Manage the performance of the team and develop internal talent for growth
Manage labor and deployment to ensure we meet company financial goals in the FOH, BOH and maximize COGS
Lead by example, enforce company standards, and invest in employees through coaching and training.
Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
Ensure opening/mid-day/closing daily check lists are completed.
Lead sales growth in daily operations, delivery, events and catering
Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness while always looking for ways to improve and promote quality.
Take a leadership role with preparation of monthly financial results, and annual budgets for the restaurant.
Build improvement plans on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Build relationships with vendors, upper leadership, and members of your restaurant team
Monitor and adhere to control systems while reinforcing safety awareness in the store.
Become a brand ambassador of Chocolate Cortes to ensure every customer is satisfied and all customer reviews are managed to achieve top ratings
Hire, train, build and coach a great team to deliver results

Requirements
3+ years of previous restaurant experience and at least one year of management experience.
High school diploma or GED
MAST Certification, Food Handlers Permit, Alcohol Serving Permit.
Successfully demonstrated experience of running the floor 8+ hours per day in high volume stores.
Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong communication skills and can listen attentively to guests and team members.
Must be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities and recommend appropriate solutions to restaurant problems.
Strong customer service, quality focus, leadership ability and decision-making skills.
