Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Chocolatier to join our team! As a Chocolatier, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities may include working the register, stocking shelves, processing inventory, making hand dipped chocolate and maintaining the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service, knowledge of cash register operation, and experience in cooking. We will train the right candidate how to cook and make hand dip store made product to meet store requirement and order demand.

Responsibilities

Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping

Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.

Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.

Collect payments by cash and credit card

Issue receipts and refunds to customers

Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.

Cook and/or hand dip store made product to meet store requirement and order demands

Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

Qualifications

Reliable Transportation

Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively

Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service

Willingness to work well in a team environment

Ability to quickly and accurately work a register

Willingness to work a flexible schedule

Schedule: Must be available 3-9 PM.Must be willing to work some weekends and holidays. This position pays hourly + tips, and is primarily worked independently.
