Wellness Center InternshipDescriptionThis position is subject to the Temporary Emergency Standard for Covid-19 vaccination ruling and all employees will have to demonstrate vaccination or have a religious or medical exemption on file.This position is a temporary 8-week assignment from 6/6/2022 through 7/29/2022.Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Wellness Center Intern will be dedicated to learning both the administrative and the fitness aspects of Wellness Center operations.Primary Tasks: -Contributes to Choctaw Nation Health Services Authority's objectives by completing specific work assignments dependent on the intern's best career and coursework fit and organizational needs. -Participates in various fitness or related responsibilities with supervision, which could include administrative tasks, answering basic questions regarding fitness equipment use, maintaining cleanliness of the Wellness Center, etc. -Participates in a trained and mentored role to gain hands-on operational knowledge of assigned responsibilities; performs basic responsibilities, assignments and/or tasks, shadows experienced staff, attends internship trainings, etc. -Completes Internship project as assigned. -Other duties as assigned within scope and competency of the associate.
