Our client, a prestigious, top 5 international management consulting company with various offices worldwide and in the US is seeking multiple Associates (Management Consultants)  Qualified candidates are eligible for 6 Figures salary + up to 30% bonus potential.  The right hire will have worked in management consulting before and have experience working with Healthcare team (part of their Life Science/Biotech division) and/or Manufacturing/Industrial.

As part of a very collaborative team, researchers are responsible for identifying and assessing CEOs and other C-Level, Board, SVP, and VP level talent for mid-sized, and large companies on a retained, exclusive level. This role is for someone who is comfortable speaking to C level professionals on an ongoing basis.

The team likes to hire applicants from other management consulting companies and even Big 4 applicants who have served the health/life science or industrial/manufacturing industry in an advisory capacity.

Long term this role will be able to telecommute some days every week and can be based out of any of their many offices including Boston, New York, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Washington DC, Stamford CT.
