As a sales consultant, you will be the face of our company, guiding clients through their home buying and selling journey with our proven processes. Responsibilities: • Go on appointments with clients wanting to buy or sell homes. • Your job is to identify all client's needs and apply our processes to fulfill those needs. • Prospecting for leads, setting your own appointments, generating referrals, and building your pipeline using the phone, email, texts, and social media. • Team up and communicate with in-house appointment schedulers who set up meetings on your behalf. • Consistently improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by leadership. • Help the whole team grow through transparent feedback and accountability. • Communicate transparently with our administrative staff to ensure client success.
