    Job Description

    Hiring Professional Salesperson Immediately for an established manufacturing company to help bolster business to business sales. We are currently expanding our Houston headquarters and are looking for experienced closers. IF YOU'RE A HIGHLY MOTIVATED SELF-STARTER, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLY. THIS CAN EASILY TURN INTO A 6 FIGURE INCOME FOR THE RIGHT FIT.

    We pay hourly and offer a competitive commission not only on opening accounts but consistently on every single reorder. We want you to build your relationships with your client base and incentivize you on growing their business as well as yours. As a company, we believe in providing you with the right tools to help you succeed.

    IF YOU TEND TO FLOAT AND PROCRASTINATE, THIS PROBABLY ISN'T FOR YOU. This job is all about creating relationships and CLOSING deals over the phone and in person. We have great products that everybody in the industry is familiar with - this is not a hard sell.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Be able to work with provided leads, as well as mine for your own leads

    • The ability to grow new business will be rewarded

    • Previous B2B sales experience (retail sales do not qualify!)

    • Basic computer skills, managing a CRM is a plus

    • A basic knowledge (or willingness to learn) of kratom and hemp products, and the counterculture industry

    • Reliable, punctual, responsible, motivated - no distractions or excuses!

    • Able to handle objections over the phone - can you close?!

    • Be committed to making at least 100 phone connections per day

    • Must be able to establish friendly relationships with customers - personality matters!

    HOURS/PAY:

    In office 9 AM - 5:30 PM

    Starting Salary: $15-$18 hr (Depending on experience) + Commission for 90 day probationary period, then potential for increased Hourly upon review + Commission

    Additional Income: Individual/Team Bonuses and Spiffs
