    SUMMARY

    Reporting directly to the Regional Director, the Psychosocial Rehabilitation Skills Coordinator is responsible for the Psychosocial Rehabilitation Skills Program by providing oversight of program evaluation structures, staffing, and program planning and development.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Must possess a bachelor’s degree social work, psychology, anthropology, health sciences, or the equivalent combination of education and experience working with behavioral health treatment level children, or in a social worker related field.

    Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with. Polished presentation and interpersonal skills. Must possess high level business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.

    A valid Nevada driver’s license and access to personal automobile with required insurance coverage is required.

    Must be able to complete a criminal justice and a child abuse registry check as required by state/county rules.

    Must work independently.

    Demonstrate the ability to prioritize, sort and organize; perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Demonstrate strong written, verbal and analytical skills.

    Demonstrate the ability and willingness to assume additional tasks.

    Preferred but not required: Operating experience with PC skills including Outlook and Microsoft Office with the major focus on Word, Excel and Power Point is a plus.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

    Develops and maintains contacts in direct psychosocial rehabilitation services by acting as a community liaison. (Provide advocacy and liaison work with schools, the justice system, social services, behavioral/physical health services, and similar agencies as needed.)

    Design, implement, and facilitate company’s overall marketing and strategic planning program, and company communications. Facilitate client development through marketing and client services programs.

    Facilitate and maintain effective written and verbal communication with the Division case manager.

    Provides supervisory oversight to Psychosocial Rehabilitation Skills Workers (RSW) to include:

    Coordination of therapeutic efforts – Inclusive of coordinating the client’s therapeutic rehab needs, as outlined in the treatment plan, to the RSW skills, culture and personality to ensure optimal outcome and working with each RSW to ensure compatible scheduling

    Mentoring as appropriate based on skill set; periodic presence during client visits to provide objective feedback to RSW, and a consistent employee evaluation process
