Managers are responsible for leading restaurant operations with a focus on delivering high quality food and beverage service and maximizing guest satisfaction. You will hire, train and inspire the people that make your restaurant standout.

    Working alongside the rest of your team, effective general managers understand that effectively delegating tasks is the key to meeting the overall goal of providing quality food and service to our guests.

    Restaurant Managers maintain the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain a high level of production, productivity, quality, and customer-service set to Wow Food Group standards.

    To be successful in this role, you’ll need management skills and experience in both front and back of the house. We want you to know how to oversee the dining room, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity. Back of the house management experience is also essential, as you’ll hire qualified Cooks and Wait Staff, set work schedules, oversee food prep and make sure we comply with health and safety restaurant regulations.

    We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have positive dining experiences.

    General managers must have the ability to work opening, mid, and closing shifts at the restaurant. Some evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

    Social media and marketing experience needed.

    Responsibilities:

    Analyze the restaurant budget with personnel to find and price inventory, reduce expenses, review current pricing and adjust purchasing strategies if needed.

    Control operations by developing effective policies, creating high standards and working to make adjustments when appropriate.

    Ensure an outstanding dining experience by regulating presentation, taste, service and atmosphere for all guests; develop ways to cultivate a regular customer pool.

    Supervise a team of employees and work to create a cohesive unit of people who effectively communicate, bring a positive hustle to the job and can rely on one another as a team

    Create a hiring process for key staff that ensures qualified people are selected, trained and retained through top recruiting practices; consider actions of employees in various situations that deem rewarding or disciplinary action.

    Lead the restaurant to achieve new and greater goals in order to stand above the competition within the industry.

    Knowledge of budgets, inventories and cost controls for FOH and BOH

    Marketing physically and through social media to promote our brand and deals
