THE ROLE
Demonstrate your expertise, passion and skills as you operate as part of an effective and engaged Customer Network Operations team.
This role is based in Hamilton and reports to the Manager, Property Development.
The Property Development Team are Chorus' front door to developers requesting network connections for new property developments (NPD), including Greenfields. We work with Developers, Customers, Internal Stakeholders, Service partners and Contractors.
The Property Development Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our customers with network connections and providing frontline customer support and assistance to the Chorus team on all areas of NPD.
Key responsibilities in this role would include receiving NPD requests and managing all inflight jobs from beginning to end along with reviewing and interpreting scheme plans to understand our customers’ requirements. You would see yourself working with our Scoping team to review requirements and validate outputs as well as respond to the Developer to explain what their requirements entail for connection to the network and provide progress reports meaning that stakeholder management is a skill that comes naturally to you.
This means you will have a keen eye for detail, have top notch communication skills, and a passion for getting the best outcome for our customers.
