    We are looking for a passionate and experienced Inside Sales Medicare Specialist to join the team at Chris Castanza Insurance Agency. As an Inside Sales Medicare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing guidance and advice to our policyholders on Medicare plans. You will also be responsible for identifying and nurturing sales opportunities to meet and exceed aggressive goals. Flexible hours. • Our hours are 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday. • Starts out Hourly + Bonuses and moves to Base + Commissions. • Free leads and leads credits. • Remote positions available, must live in Missouri. Responsibilities: • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare plans, products, and related services to provide accurate and reliable information to potential and current customers. • Process applications for Medicare/Medicaid and other applicable forms and documents in a timely manner. • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience. • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. • Utilize CRM systems to track sales progress and update customer data. Qualifications: • 1 year or more of customer service experience. • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent. • Must be able to pass a background check. • Must get appointed with Medicare providers. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Compensation: $35,000 - $60,000+ yearly
