Responsibilities: • Write company job postings, making sure that they are readily available on public job boards as well as for current employees • Evaluate all applications for positions and note those with the right skills and experience for further review • Provide all candidates with very clear information regarding their application, whether they’ve received an offer or not • Coordinate interviews and skills testing with qualified candidates • Create a successful company-wide recruiting process that will effectively and efficiently attract top talent Qualifications: • Must be able to draft and develop compelling, concise job descriptions • Excellent networking skills and the ability to attract top talent during the recruiting process • Interpersonal, interviewing, and communication skills are a must Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000+ yearly
