    We’re searching for an enthusiastic inside sales representative to join our team and support business growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads. Responsibilities: • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads • Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met • Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal • Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again • Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met • Required to get licensed within the first 30 days of hire. We will provide material Qualifications: • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field • Must be able to pass a background check • Get an Insurance License and once licensed, sell your appointments Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000+ at plan yearly
